Actually you can, instead of wishing - make it a choice. It is difficult, and for me it was a challenge. That was 12 years ago or better. Then I started connecting the dots and seeing everything was my perspective.
The key is looking at everything with a positive outlook. I still acknowledge the reality, but then choose to see or put a positive spin to my lessons, gifts, and challenges. The problems then become opportunities to try something different, or see some "thing" from another persepctive.

So pleased to have found a blog that quotes Ferrini's work!!! I've read "Love Without Conditions," "The Silence of the Heart," and "The 12 Steps of Forgiveness," twice each, and am currently awaiting my recent order of "Miracle of Love." Paul Ferrini's books have helped me immensely during a most difficult time in my life and have truly served as a life raft for me!
