I still have 6 weeks or so for Kendrey!
Thank you all for the congratulations. He is quite handsome and fun to hold. He is the 4th grandson and with the oldest grandchild being his sister Grace. Yet, I do not feel much like a grandfather, thou I am told that I have to maintain a higher level of integrity to set as an example. And I say, I can always send them home to mom and dad for that. I want to teach them to live, have fun, and follow their passion/love to their dreams.
We run to girls here... 4 girls , 1 boy .... one last girl on her way... unless Jazzie goes for a tie breaker down the road...lol.
I don't feel like a gramma.. yet I embrace the joy and beauty in being one. Kayli arrives in a couple more weeks for the summer.... we are already planning to go canoing , camping, horseback riding, sailing, roller skating, have a lemonade stand/garage sale , swimming.... painting..... a picnic or two... and in between all that I'll work.
Love is life.
